Initial customer pilots may be governed by a separate written pilot or design-partner agreement covering scope, supported environments, support expectations, data handling, retention, and known limitations.

Production terms

Formal service terms, acceptable use, warranties, liability, data processing terms, and other commercial/legal terms should be published after legal review.
