Agent Deployment
Managed deployment for endpoint AI visibility.
The endpoint agent is a separate discovery sensor. It does not turn endpoint observations into browser interactions and should be deployed with enterprise-standard software management.
Windows
The production target is an enterprise-installable package with silent install/uninstall, automatic service startup, signed binaries, version reporting, and compatibility with tools such as Intune.
macOS
The production target is a signed and notarized package with MDM-compatible installation and any required system-extension approvals documented before rollout.
Device identity
Each installed endpoint receives a stable device identity and authenticated tenant-bound credentials. Hostname is descriptive metadata, not the primary identity.
Offline behavior
Observations should queue locally within bounded limits when the endpoint is disconnected and replay once the service becomes reachable.
Updates
Production agents need a controlled update path, current/minimum supported version semantics, and the ability to revoke outdated or compromised endpoint credentials.
Removal
Offboarding should revoke the endpoint identity, stop authenticated ingestion, uninstall the agent through the enterprise software-management channel, and verify the device no longer checks in.
